Navigation through the app is terrible. If you accidentally exit out of an item it will not bring you back to where you were. Added a bunch of items went to check out, realized I wasn’t signed in so I signed in. All the items disappeared from the shopping card. This is by far the worst shopping app

It was right about when, I saw Zara’s clothes for the first time thinking they were so cute, that we all found out what the brand is about. It’s been over a year that I think “what a shame, I cannot even think to walk into a store - because they support genocide” too bad. I feel ashamed to glance in that direction living in a Muslim populated city as an American like we all Should. We all know. I will never buy one product from you. It really doesn’t matter what you have to offer when you’ve got something as ugly as supporting trrists in your heart. May those big bucks stay in the hands of the people and may the peoples hands that donate to Palestine instead of buying Zara increase.

I am very disappointed with Zara's costume service! I was supposed to receive my order on Monday 02.24, but they changed the date of receipt to 02.25-02.26! Ok! But I didn't receive my order on these dates either! I wrote to costume service where they asked me for 48 hours! I waited, but again there is no progress! I tried to write to them again, but the answer was that my case is being considered in the relevant department! How much longer do I have to wait, they don't say!

Horrible pic layout on product page, it makes impossible to shop, they’re are so small you have to click on them but then you can’t scroll through them. Some things doesn’t need change if it works properly!!!

Can NOT buy using this app, can NOT use support in this app, can NOT track delivery changes. Extremely disappointed!

There is so much swiping in the new app design - swipe up, swipe down, swipe, right, swipe left! It’s hard to keep track of how to navigate there is so much GD swiping! I feel like I am a maze in this app. What was once a straightforward shopping experience is now a chaos of pictures-some of which are clickable and take me to the product, others are not. Did they do any user testing on this? I will just go to the website if I want to browse because this app has gone to rot.

New interface is awful, it’s not user friendly at all, you can’t swipe photos like in any other app you have to individually open them up and then close them, very annoying. Also can you please stop changing menu’s categories placement it’s different almost every week now

Zara used to be much better - slim fit, great cut, different slick design, more natural materials. Now it’s all oversized bad looking stuff from cheap polyester for crazy prices. It’s never to choose from even on sale. After touching this cloth I want to clean my hands…

The new updated app is awful… can’t tell available items vs out of stock. And the app keeps freezing or shutting off. I actually had to redownload it to see how it goes. Happened last time they updated the app too- constant freezing, loading issues and kicking me out… hope it’s fixed soon

Кнопка «Добавить» стала маленькой, расширьте ее по ширине экрана и добавьте рядом с ней кнопку «collect/favourite»

App Crashed every couple of minutes after the upgrade

What on earth did you do to the image view for products?? The scroll was much better Now I have to click 7 times??? Bring it back!!

Stop using onTrac company for delivery! This company is awful! They can’t deliver

Broken app

The prices are way too high. I can literally get something off of Lululemon for less than Zara. I love Zara, but the prices are just way too high. If you are looking for something like that looks exactly like something that you wanted on ZARA. Then like go to a different shop because Zara’s things are way too expensive. All I’m saying is you just need to lower the price if you want to get good business. And after I read one of the reviews about it was like never buy online and I was so surprised about this review like what go ahead and check it out. It’s like never buy online. That’s the title. also go ahead and go on Forever 21. They have amazing stuff way better than ZARA‘s prices.

Muy mala experiencia, hice la compra para un regalo y el día de la entrega me dice el transportista que fue devuelto y cuando escribo a Zara me dice que disculpe que tratarán de que no suceda de nuevo , fatal

Before there was an error with searching tool 🔎 when i use barcode scanner something wrong happened in scan history. When i tap it and it took me back to home page. But from now on everything is fine they fixed it . No more error.

Very bad quality. My daughter’s jacket ( long down puffer jacket) ripped the next day of purchase.

Clothes are to pricey , But the clothes were cotton and that’s what made me happy ,

literally the title, the app is so slow and it takes a long to load images it’s frustrating

they put a torn thing in the parcel. it's so humiliating. As if they didn't see it. and while the delivery was going on, the thing was already gone. you still have to return it for a fee or waste time and go to their store

Hands down the worst shopping app I’ve ever used. I like their clothes but the UI on the app is absolutely terrible and not intuitive for users. They’re trying too hard to be different and creative with it, but it just doesn’t work. Also so many of the photos of the clothes don’t even fit the models properly.

Zara, you are cooking with these clothes. Keep going

What is particularly concerning is that I specifically paid extra for expedited shipping, which is $20, expecting the items to arrive as soon as possible. Given that I made this payment for faster delivery, I find it unacceptable that the order has not arrived on time, and there has been no communication or update regarding the delay.

Verán yo le había comprado ropa Ami hijo de un juego llamado Brawl Stars, y hasta aquí todo bien pero lo que paso es que mi hijo estuvo esperando emocionado su ropa de Brawl Stars , lo que pasa es que decía que iba a llegar el 17 de diciembre, pero ese día me meto en la app y me dice que ni siquiera estaba preparado, y cuando leo arriba dice que va a llegar el 18 y 19 y el cumple de mi hijo era el 17, el está llorando desanimado,sin comer(no tiene ánimos aunque le intento dar siempre come pero poco)cosa que me pone muy triste

The set up is awful. So annoying to have to click on everything for prices. I know they are trying to be different but this is awful.

Cannot see price when scrolling, no product reviews, music playing when opening the app.

The app is terrible. It looks very pretty and fashionable, but the experience is just bad. It’s very unintuitive and sometimes very frustrating. Even a very simple design would be better than this pretty but crappy design. Again this is NOT reviewing their clothes (there are better opinions than me), I’m just taking about the app.

Please hire a new team to manage this app im losing my mind.

Not intuitive at all! Different places to buy the clothes at the store vs website, not clear if sizes are available or not… there’s a huge learning curve…

The lines at stores are awful; it takes about 30 minutes just to buy one item.
