I wish there was something below 1 star!! How much I loved Zara products no words for that, but their zara.com customer service made me hate Zara so much! I have ordered cloths for my 3 months old daughter on Black Friday and They sent wrong order to me... I called and discussed about the issue. They asked me to return the product so they would send the correct item.. after talking to them numerous time. I sent the item with a note in it that this is the wrong product and I looked forward to receive the correct one soon... I was told once I ship back the wrong item I would have to call Zara.com with the tracking number so they would send me the right item. I did same and representative promised to send the right item. 2 days after I received an email saying "refunded confirmation". I got upset again. Called them to find out whats happening they created another case saying another department will review the case and will call you back. Its been over 3 weeks I have been talking to them back and forth..... very disappointing customer service for such big company.
