Fast, easy to use app. Would recommend to anyone whos a fan of the brand.
Easy to use, helps you find what youre looking for and gives you enough details to know of
I have been using this app for almost two years and never fail! So easy to browse the products and the one feature I like most is, it came back to the spot you are in when you suddenly want to check detail for something you see during browsing the whole long list page. I use this app with my Iph 5.
This is a hella enjoyable shopping experience- very easy to browse and super intuitive
I like the app, I only wish they had an option to heart or favour an item. But other than it works great.
I wish they have "favourite" buttons so I dont have to waste my time looking for my favourite items...

Some bad moments

I wish there was something below 1 star!! How much I loved ZARA products no words for that, but their ZARA.com customer service made me hate ZARA so much! I have ordered cloths for my 3 months old daughter on Black Friday and They sent wrong order to me... I called and discussed about the issue. They asked me to return the product so they would send the correct item.. after talking to them numerous time. I sent the item with a note in it that this is the wrong product and I looked forward to receive the correct one soon... I was told once I ship back the wrong item I would have to call ZARA.com with the tracking number so they would send me the right item. I did same and representative promised to send the right item. 2 days after I received an email saying "refunded confirmation". I got upset again. Called them to find out whats happening they created another case saying another department will review the case and will call you back. Its been over 3 weeks I have been talking to them back and forth..... very disappointing customer service for such big company.
Shopped using the app. Order came but was missing a top which they made me pay for. Will never shop here again.
Why is there no refine? I dont feel like browsing 754446 of your scarves if Im only looking for a grey one. I dont understand why this option is available only on the desktop website
No sorting/filtering, no wish list. Works fine, but really limited functionality makes the app pointless
To who it may concern I am a loyal customer for 4 years shopping at your location at fifth Avenue and 17th St. I love the service to people and the collection. I am very sorry to say that today 15 January I was very surprised at the poor service. I was trying to make a return. I go downstairs to the mens department which is located at the basement. After standing there online for 25 minutes. The register person tells me to go to the first floor. I go to the first floor. The first floor tells me to go to the third-floor its policy. I was surprised at the lack of communication from your managers. I dont understand how you managers could treat customers so poorly. Please address this issue because if this happens again. I would not never shop at ZARA again. I cannot tell you how upset I am and disappoint. Loyal customer Richard Molina
Its a beautiful app, but I get tiered of too many times, I try to by a product but it doesnt have my size. Because I only can wear some specific sizes from ZARA, that means a size filter is very important to me. If you here my voice, please add a filter, It will pervade a better purchasing experience. -- From a skinny person.
